    Breasts Work Against Gravity

    Although gravity works against us making things fall a little lower than we’re used to, there’s a way to slow the process down. As we get older, the elasticity in our skin gives out making us prone to sagging breasts. At our teens our breasts are too perfect. Our 20’s set them into the right place and once we get to our 30’s, well we don’t have to go there. The important thing is the fact that there are exercises that can keep us firm, and toned longer and naturally. These exercises will even trick you into thinking your back in your 20’s.   Breasts are mostly fatty tissue. There is no product out there that can make them bigger or smaller. Exercising won’t make them bigger either. Toning your chest muscles will pick up your breasts so that they rest higher giving them more of a “picked up” attitude. You can also develop definition between your breasts making it appear as though there’s cleavage. Everyone loves cleavage!   The best exercises to pick up your twins won’t cost you an arm and a leg at the gym. You can do them in the comfort of your own home. Now remember, this is not an over night result type of thing. As with all real and permanent results, you have to be persistent, eat well, and do at least 30 min. cardio a day to see results. Drinking water will keep you hydrated and moisturize your skin so that it can have elasticity to stay firm, without traces of stretch marks.   Exercise #1- Push ups You will need to do 3 sets of 12-15 reps. Make sure you do them thoroughly and completely so that you get the best results. I’ve found that I get a better workout when I modify it by putting my knees on the ground and doing push ups that way. If putting your knees on the ground allows you to do the whole exercise then do it. If it’s a breeze for you then try regular pushups but make sure that you are keeping your abs tightened and completing the full range of motion. Do these every other day and you will notice yourself getting stronger to the point where you might want to increase the number of reps.   Exercise #2- Wall push offs Stand up with legs hip length apart. Lean against the wall with your arms extended straight out in front of you facing the wall. The only thing that should be touching the wall is your hands. Then bend your elbows like if you’re doing a push up on the wall except you will push off the wall instead. Do the same amount of sets as above. Before you know it your chest will be burning and Hello Ladies! Good bye push up bra!   ...

    It’s a natural thing that, as we age, we lose sensitivity. Parts of our body are not as tight and toned as they used to be due to our womanly experience, which includes child birth. Even though this is just another part of getting older it doesn’t mean that you can’t do anything about it. Just how bicep curls with free weights can tone and strengthen your biceps; kegel exercises tones and strengthens your pelvic muscles. Pelvic muscles are responsible for bladder control and aids in sexual satisfaction. Both men and women can perform these exercises.   The pelvic muscles can be felt if you try to stop the flow of urine when you urinate. The pelvic muscle is located between your legs, from your pubic bone in the front and runs back to your spine. It holds your urethra and bladder in place. The pelvic muscle relaxes simultaneously when your bladder contracts to let urine out. People with weak muscles may often leak urine under stress or when performing other actions. They may also have poor control under a strong urgency to urine. Child birth has been shown to weaken pelvic muscles.   Pelvic muscle exercises can be done while sitting or standing. Whatever position is more comfortable for you. You then squeeze the muscles 10-15 times straight without holding your breathe or tightening your stomach, thighs, or buttocks while you do them. If you have trouble doing it that way then you can start by stopping the flow of urine at the time of urination. Once you get the hang of it then you can try doing it at anytime when you’re either doing dishes, watching TV, or even at your desk. People can’t tell what you’re doing.   Strong pelvic muscles also mean a higher sensitivity to sex. It improves sex for the man because it creates more friction for their penis. Men with erectile dysfunction can benefit from this because it increases blood flow to the penis and can also help those who ejaculate prematurely. The kegel exercise stops the flow of urine which is the same muscle that would stop ejaculation. Although it works great for both sexes, women will feel a difference in their orgasms.     Kundalini Yoga: A Different Type of Yoga

    Kundalini Yoga is a more esoteric form of yoga and yet it is still not so extreme that it isn’t commonly available at various fitness clubs and yoga centers today. The practices are geared toward a more martial approach to intensive health and well being, with a more meditative focus on the mind than many of the fitness club yoga classes may generally tend to provide. While it may seem to be an intense first yoga to venture into initially, it is actually not so extreme but just may not fit the general concept of what people sometimes think of yoga to look like.   The poses are often held for longer periods of time than other forms of popular yoga and this may be challenging at first. You may be surprised to see muscular men struggling to hold their arms aloft in some postures while an elderly woman next to them may have no such issues. The theory is that the feeling of resistance resulting in the difficulty for a person to, for instance, hold their arms straight out in front of them continually for 4 minutes or more is actually caused by a weak flow of energy through the circuitry located within the human body. This is believed to be caused by various factors such as repetitive stress or inadequate dietary habits or something similar along those lines.   The breathing exercises employed in the Kundalini style of yoga are intended to work in concert with the postures so that as intensity is felt then focus moves to that part of the body and the breathing exercises are moving energy through the circuits in that portion of the body. The result is essentially that the energetic flow in that part of the body is restored and the person is then able to maintain the posture much easier. This is the general yogic theory behind the practice and it appears to work relatively well to do so.     The primary kind of breathing exercise which is somewhat unique to Kundalini Yoga in comparison with other common fitness club yoga styles is something called “Breath of Fire”. This is a type of high speed in and out breath in conjunction with the compression of the stomach toward the spine which may seem similar to hyper-ventilating. In fact, it almost seems like intentional hyper-ventilation and that may be its secret effectiveness. Basically the breathing exercise is commonly an enabling factor in holding a certain postures for beginning Kundalini Yoga practitioners.   The postures and breathing techniques of Kundalini Yoga may seem simple in a way, but beginners are highly cautioned to not start practicing it on their own prior to at least trying one class with a well trained and insightful instructor.     It’s okay if you don’t want to be a body builder. Working out and lifting weights won’t turn you into one. Many women are scared to lift weights because they feel they will lose their feminine appearance. But just because we don’t have enough testosterone doesn’t make us incapable of getting toned. It only holds us back from looking like men which is not a bad thing!   There are three types of bodies. An Ectomorph is someone who is naturally thin or slender. You know the ones that eat and eat and eat and it seems that they don’t ever gain a pound. We love the Ectoporphs don’t we? They get stronger but they don’t build much mass. The second type is the voluptuous and curvy endomorphs. Endomorphs need a little more work if they want to see muscle definition. There’s nothing wrong with a naturally thick body. If you want to look thinner all you have to do is work harder which means to sweat and more cardio. The mesomorphs are the ones that get quick results. They were born as warriors. Their bodies build muscle quickly and they show definition easily.   Strength training has its rules. If you want to gain mass and become stronger then you have to lift heavier weight and lower repetitions. If you want to build your endurance and create a more cut appearance then you want to do less weight but more repetitions. Women just like men will show a 20-45% increase in their muscular strength. You have to remember what body type you are also. Do not get frustrated by your body, instead understand it and workout accordingly. Concentrate on how healthy your body feels instead of the way your body looks. Don’t compare yourself to celebrities. They way they look on TV or in Magazines are touched up by airbrush and other things most of the time. There is also things called plastic surgery.     A naturally endomorph female is more voluptuous then any of the other body types. If you’re an endomorph and you wish to have a leaner body then you have to burn fat with more cardio. Strength training builds muscle as well. Muscle burns fat quicker so it’s a faster way to get results. You’ll also be toning as you go so when you lose all that weight you will be nice and tight. It’s killing two birds with one stone.
